SHIPMENTS
Shipments throughout Italy require a cost of € 9.90, via GLS courier, fully calculated at check out. For purchases over 300 euros, shipping is free. Shipping times may vary based on availability, the indicative deadline is 7 days for garments in stock and 15 days for tailor-made garments.
REFUNDS
As far as tailor-made garments are concerned, In.Jey.Dress aims at complete and absolute customer satisfaction. In cases where it is necessary, the refund cannot be made, but we will issue a discount voucher for another purchase without the need for a return of the goods.
RETURNS
For garments in stock, the terms of return are 14 working days, with shipping to be paid by the sender. The refund excludes transport costs.
